Hello!

I’m Tamsin, and Good For You has evolved from a time where I’ve been considering ways to work creatively, and many of my industry friends have been looking for support with their fast-growth startups. My background is in global media agency business development, but I have also worked in leadership development and purpose-led businesses across my career. I studied at art college and the art department of Leeds University, so while I am a marketer and can provide strategic thinking and project management, I am also able to execute design and therefore provide an end-to-end solution for my clients.

What all of this experience has taught me, is that working in fast-paced and rapid-growth environments is thrilling, rewarding, and creates a sense of team and genuine bonds for life. I have some amazing memories of high-pressure pitches, conferences, awards, launches, and there’s nothing else quite like it. But, it’s extremely hard work and there’s never enough time to do everything perfectly.

Having been there, I know how this can feel, and I am able to provide a senior approach to brand, marketing and communications for companies that have no dedicated resource, or others that do but they’re stretched. Bring me in and out as you need, whether that be at launch, when you need to accelerate, or if you are in a place where you need to look back and refine the gaps.
